This Roman stele is a commemorative monument that is likely funerary in nature. It was found in the Hunedoare County of Romania and now resides in the Muzeul Civilizatiei Dacice si Romane Deva. This stele was photographed on 31/05/2023 in cloudy and covered conditions. The inscriptions and carvings are in relatively decent condition with almost all of the facade being easily readable. The stele is missing a significant upper right portion and the bottom portion, potentially obscuring some of the epigraph.

The stele includes a family image, including a man and a woman flanked on either side by a lion’s face and a flower. The epigraph is likely directed to the Manes, presenting evidence that the stele is associated with funerary practice.
