The subdivision modifier has been applied (2 levels) in the upload, but if you download the original blender file you will find the original model, and apply whatever subdivision level you may like.

The Blender file allows you to apply the Geometry Node on your own choice of 7-segmented digits to reuse the digital clock.

There is a short animated video on Youtube showing the model rendered with Cycles, Eevee, viewport shaded and wireframed. The video also shows the geometry node controlling the digits.
