Specimen is a heart explanted for transplant. The right and left ventricle are both hypertrophied and the left ventricle is significantly dilated. The rest of the intracardiac is otherwise normal.

Usual atrial arrangement, concordant atrioventricular connections, right handed ventricular topology with dilated left ventricle and biventricular hypertrophy, concordant ventriculo-arterial connections.
