A personal project where i’ve improved my abilties in hardsurface, photogrammetry, udims and marvelous. The bike was hand created in 3dsmax, whilst the character is a mixture of scans and marvelous designer for all the clothes. I used designer to create a height map and displace the tyres that were then converted into geo. Faster than creating an array in zbrush, and allowed for more accurate detail placement.
I’ve come to realise that motorcycles are an absolute headache to model. Nothing is symetrical and theres about 200 BILLION parts. Good fun though.
