The structure of human DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1). This model highlights the ket features of this protein; the MTase domain, RFTS, CXXC zinc finger and two bromoadjacent homolgy domains. DNMT1 also had autoinhibitory functions which are also outlined by this model.
