This 3D model was created through a complete photogrammetry workflow to achieve a clean and realistic result. The photos were captured inside a lightbox for consistent lighting and processed in Agisoft Metashape to align the images, build the dense cloud, and generate the high-resolution mesh with the initial texture.
The mesh was then imported into Blender, where it was cleaned, optimized, and decimated while preserving the handcrafted details and overall shape. This ensured an efficient model suitable for real-time visualization.
Finally, the optimized mesh was textured in Substance Painter using a full PBR workflow. Color was refined, details were enhanced, and high-quality maps (albedo, roughness, metallic, normal) were generated to highlight the vivid colors and glossy finish of the figurine.
The result is a faithful, visually rich digital replica ready for cultural, educational, and artistic applications.
