The Roman ensemble of buildings from Apulum – the civil settlement of legion XIII Gemina (Domus-Thermae Sector). The photogrammetric documentation of the archaeological excavation was carried out in order to obtain high precision data and the 3D model of the entire archeologically surface.The most spectacular discovery is the domus-type Roman house, which occupies an area of at least 2000 sq m., probably belonged to the family of a notable person from the army or administration. The building has a typical floor plan, the rooms being placed around an open courtyard with peristylium. A single colonnade was identified with four column bases flanking an ancient altar. The walls of the entrance hall (vestibulum) and the area open to guests (atrium) were discovered. Numerous fragments of Roman painted plaster collapsed on the floor of the cocciopesto floor were identified in these luxurious rooms. Another important discovery is the Roman road that brings new information about the street plot of the city.
