A rectangular block of sandstone, which was part of a doorjamb. It is damaged, notably in the upper right corner. The front face features a single incised column of hieroglyphs that faces to the right, which indicates the object is the left jamb of a doorway, with the inscription directed towards the entrance. The crude execution of the inscription has traces of whitewash present, particularly within the incised lines, and the surface is pitted, especially towards the bottom. The column of text is framed by lightly incised lines that are incomplete in places. The back is relatively flat, except for a large protrusion at the top. The side that would have faced the doorway is flat and smooth, while the opposite side and the base are covered in chisel marks, suggesting they were meant to be hidden. The top of this block directly joins with the Petrie Museum object UC44500.
