Double Helical Antennas for FPV Video System

This are DIY helix antennas made for long range video receiving system. This type of antennas are 5,8Ghz and combined with a receiver module (for example goggles) they can be used for example for FPV drones For our CanSat Project we built them in real life(with 3D printing and copper plate/wires) and they work very well ! The 3D plastic support for the antenna were made using this customizable thingiverse model (To build your own helical antennas follow the guide described below the thingiverse model) This model has the right scale and it has been designed to be as close as the orginal one.
