More model informationThe intersection of Yonge and Dundas is a very busy area in the heart of downtown Toronto, Canada (Google Maps). It’s sometimes called Toronto’s Times Square because of all the billboards.
This project is a 3D replica of the area made in Blender. The buildings and roads are to scale using OpenStreetMap data. Four blocks are textured with real photos I took, and the rest use PBR textures. More detailed breakdown here.
I also made a driving game with the model, and a VR version with traffic simulations.
Some renders:
The cars, trees, lights, signs are from SUMO2Unity.
