Technical Notes:

1. Clean quad topology techniques are applied in ALL objects EXCEPT ones where tessellation (triangulating) is the needed technique.

2. All pivots (axes) are at the bottom (Y=0) of every object for easier positioning of the models.

3. You can apply scaling for different size as needed.
