The orb flies through the cave…

Actually - it is a cave that flies through the orb. To the orb three spot lights (with wide angle and shadow casting turned on) are attached. With no background and camera being close to the orb - the illusion works.

Orb itself has strong emission and in PP the ‘bloom’ is enabled. If you want to move lights independantly from each other - try using the hidden spheres behind the surfaces (with refractive translusency) they shine upon.
