Eagle Rock

3D Model

Testing out some mapping with a new drone. This was taken on a cloudy day. Total Image count was around 418 Nadir with some Oblique photos added in manually by flying the drone and snapping shots.

This is a complex model and I tried to render it via several packages I have but it seems like the service SkyCatch did the best. I did some manual clean up. Trees are hard to get right and well this is a pretty big rock in Lake Tahoe. I plan on doing another passs with a higher end camera and getting alot more photos.
