Egyptian Boat Builder - DAE Villages

A stylised scene of an Egyptian boat builder, created for the course Game Art 1 at Digital Arts & Entertainment.

I liked creating a diorama in this particular style: all the detail is in the model itself while the textures are only using simple color gradients. The big stone pulley on top of the building was actually used in old Egypt to pull heavy stones uphill, but I reused it here as an extra tool for the boat builder.
