Egyptian Fruit Bat Skull and Muscle Fibers

A Rousettus aegyptiacus specimens from the collection of Dr. Sharlene Santana (University of Washington). Specimen was stained for 28 days in Lugols iodine and muscle fibers were detected from substacks using the R package GoodFibes (Arbour 2023).
