Egyptian Sculpture 3D Scan (Einstar)

This full color 3D printed (sandstone) sculpture is about 15 cm in height.

It was one of my first test scans with the just released Einstar by Shining3D. That’s a handheld 3D scanner targeted at beginners but it’s quite remarkable I think. It can scan people and objects very well and even smaller sized things like this sculpture.

I used the settings for medium to larger objects but it can also be set for small which might have even been better.
