This sort of shenanigans is what happens when your DM allows homebrew classes… El Monstruo dons a cursed wrestler’s mask that gives him a +2 to STR and CHA and never allows those ability scores to fall below 16. In return, he can never take it off and for every 120 HP of damage he deals, he suffers a permanent -1 to WIS until the dark dragon spirit possessing the mask completely takes him over.
