3D model created from actual part scanned at 4096 dpi on a drum scanner; imported and converted to vector art in Adobe Illustrator; then imported into Strata 3D where vector art was extruded into 3D. Original part is .985” dia. x .002” thick. An Encoder Wheel can be found inside most desktop printers.
