ScanTech KSCAN 3D scanner can reach 0.035mm/m volumetric accuracy benefitting from built-in photogrammetry. And it works very efficiently by 650,000 measurements/s rate under red laser scan mode, while the blue laser mode easily captures extreme details with 10μm resolution.
