Escape into Egypt (11th century - Zadar, CRO)

Second composition of the medieval altar rail from Archaeological Museum in Zadar, scanned with Artec Eva handheld 3D scanner. This composition represents Mary and Joseph escaping the city of Bethlehem and fleeing into Egypt. The composition is showing Mary riding on a donkey holding Jesus in her arms and Joseph walking in front.

Altar rail is currenlty part of the permanent exibitoion of the Archaeological Museum in Zadar, where it was scanned with Artec Eva handheld 3D scanner. Collected scanns were processed in Artec Studio.
