A neoclassical monument,its structure reaches approximately 20 meters in height and 11 meters in width. The complex consists of a pedestal-base , a plinth, and a spire and is flanked by two bronze sphinxes with fountains at their mouths. Currently, the monument is located near Madrid Río and has lost its original function as a fountain.
