Espagnolette bedroom at Vizcaya Museum

In partnership with 3D documentation expert Nick Christodoulidis, we performed photogrammetry on the Espagnolette bedroom. It available as a virtual model. This is a pilot project that will inform future virtual tours and experiences as part of the fulfillment of Vizcaya’s strategic plan. 

The name Espagnolette was chosen to recall a mode of Spanish dress. The style was popularized in France through the work of artist Jean-Antoine Watteau (1684–1721), whose fantasy garden paintings inspired the décor of this room.
