Orange the unaffected gene Blue the affected gene Both parents must pass on an affected gene for a chance of getting albinism in this case. That’s what you call it recessive inheritance.

One parent (no albinism) the other parent (does have albinism). They have 4 children. They all have the albinism gene and can pass on the albinism gene again, but they don’t have albinism. All children are carriers of the albinism gene.
