Experimental Gaia DR3 RV isosurface (negative)

Combines l, b, distance_gspphot to produce galactic cartesian x, y coordinates combined with the minimum radial_velocity for each column. Overlays the image from my 12 kpc map where there is a large negative RV. (shows absolute value).
