More model informationHere is another capture I attempted of just one of the abandoned farm houses of the 60’s 70’s when families began to leave the farm in rural Saskatchewan to work in other provinces like British Columbia to work in mining or forestry. People were also drawn away from the family farm to get jobs in the city. It was a sad part of Saskatchewans History. Today Farming in Saskatchewan has gone corporate. Many of the small family farms have been absorbed to make way for big farms.
