Fauno with Kid

It is a sculpture of round bundle of polychrome plaster, representing the Fauno with Kid, the god of the forest. It is a copy that was realized during century XVII-XIX, in the same workshop where the original one was found in century XVII, although it comes, in turn, of a Greek original of bronze that arrives at us through a Roman copy Of the second century d. C .. Currently the original sculpture is in the Prado Museum.

Fauno con Cabrito

Se trata de una escultura de bulto redondo de escayola policromada, representando el Fauno con Cabrito, el dios del bosque. Es una copia que se realizó durante el siglo XVII-XIX, en el mismo taller donde se encontró el original en el siglo XVII, aunque proviene, a su vez, de un original griego de bronce que llega hasta nosotros a través de una copia romana del siglo II d. C.. Actualmente la escultura original está en el Museo del Prado.
