Feature F307 at the Oneota Culture Tremaine Site (47LC95) near Holmen, WI. This feature was excavated in two halves, one (east) during the summer 2016 excavation season and the other (west) in the 2017 season. In both seasons, the excavation was recorded as a 3D model using 3D photogrammetry at the completion of each level of excavation. Here the lowest deposits within the feature are recorded and displayed in a model that is the union of two seperate models created a year apart. Unforunately the exposure on the western half had to be overexposed in order to caputure the deep interior of the feature which was in dark shadow, resulting in a more “grey” coloration. In the feature can be seen several concentrations of dog bones, a bear skull, and a partial ceramic vessel.
The combined model was created from 180 photographs (Canon EOS Rebel T5i) using Metashape 1.6.1 and Blender 3D 2.8.
