Female deer petroglyph, Biluut Tolgoi, Mongolia 3D Model
An antlerless depiction of a Late Bronze Age deer from the rock art site of Biluut Tolgoi 1 in the Mongolian Altai mountains of Bayan Olgii province . Most likely a hind (doe), but could also be a juvenille or hummel (an adult male that fails to grow antlers). Though the image of the Cervus elaphus stag predominates Late Bronze Age depictions (approx. 1300–700 BCE), there are a few antlerless figures which have been overlooked.
