Figure embodying the element "Copper"3D Model
3D scan of a figure holding a galvanic cell made of copper, that is part of the architecture in Hall 6 of NHM Vienna, representing the chemical element Copper (Cu). Copper has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity and is very durable. It is relatively soft and ductile, but also resistant metal that can be easily processed. All figures in Hall 6 at the NHM Vienna, including this one, were created by the Austrian sculptor Edmund Hofmann von Aspernburg (1847-1930).
