這件陶俑臉部塗紅，耳朵穿有兩孔，另一耳脫落缺損。雙手被反銬於身後，如囚犯一般，身體如筒形，下半部中空。與陶俑一同出土的完整陶器均為殷墟一期，可以上推至盤庚遷殷的年代。
