More model informationThis folded ore contains the sulphide minerals chalcopyrite and pyrite (and probably others too). The white materials are probably calc-silicate minerals. The style of folding exhibited is concentric (parallel) rather than ‘similar’ due to the competent nature of the rock (resistant to deformation). The sample also contains a minor fault in the hinge of the fold.
