The Fram is the Norwegian polar research vessel that took Amundsen on his famous journey to Antarctica when he became the first human to reach the South Pole. It was specially designed for the extreme conditions in the ice. Today you can visit it in the museum in Oslo. I built the model because I want this ship to become part of my interactive comic strip.
