The Fred McBrier is a small 161’ steamer built in 1881 and sank in a collision with the steamer Progress in 1890. It lies west of the Straits of Mackinac in 110’ of water. The model was made from 1060 6720 x 4480 pixel Canon 5D images of the deck and machinery and 500 Gopro 3 Silver 3680 x 2760 images of the hull shot from cameras mounted on DPV’s (Diver Propulsion Vehicles).
