The recipe for this home-made fruit tart is very simple: just puff pastry, whipped cream, and several fruits. The scanning process, however, was a little more ambitious than that. I also wanted to document the intermediary stages that led to the final result. Thus, each step was captured independently, and later merged in a seamless animation with Blender.
