More model informationThis is a worked handtool that is believed to be an awl created and used by the Sinagua pre-historic indians. The artifact was found while documenting a remote site in the Red Rock District of the Coconino Forest north of Sedona Arizona.It is believed to date from the time period 1100AD to 1300AD.
The artifact is 4.5 centimeters long and 1 centimeter wide at the base.
