This model is part of an ongoing project to document “at risk” features at Heritage Sites in the Coconino Forest due to natural or vandalism related issues.
This is a basalt boulder at a remote site in the Coconino Forest near Sedona Arizona. The petroglyph is interpreted to have been created by the Sinagua pre-historic native American Indians. It is believed to have been created between 1000AD and 1300AD.
