This model is part of an ongoing project to document “at risk” features at Heritage Sites in the Coconino Forest due to natural or vandalism related issues.
This is the NW corner outer wall section of Pendley Cabin in Slide Rock State Park north of This is a complex area impacted by trees growing adjacent to and over the original walled area. A portion of the NW corner of the cabin is retained to show the relationship to the wall. The cabin and other wall sections are shown in other models of this site. The cabin dates back to the early 1930s. The wall is in comparitively good condition despite large numbers of visitors to the site and area.
