Fuze - The ''High On Life'' Inspired Minigun

Meet Fuze, a jittery, hot-headed minigun with a temper as short as his firing cycle. Built for pure chaotic spray-and-pray mayhem, he lights up at the slightest provocation—literally. Fuze is always seconds away from blowing up… emotionally or otherwise. Pull the trigger, and he’ll happily unleash a fiery storm of bullets while yelling about how this wasn’t even his fault this time.

A weapon with zero chill, questionable stability, and unlimited enthusiasm for destruction.

I created this weapon to allow me to practise enhancing my sculpting ability during my third year at university. I modelled the weapon completely using Blender, retopologised within Zbrush and finally, textured using Substance Painter. Most of the model is hand painted to try and capture the stylised and cartoonish vibe seen within the game High On Life (2022), which my model was inspired by.
