The Gewehr 98 Mauser was the standard-issue rifle of the German Empire and the basis for the well-known German rifle of WW2, the Karabiner 98K. The Gewehr 98 is maybe the most iconic bolt-action rifle of all time and one of the best bolt-action rifles ever made.
