Carved area of outcrop sitting on Gled Law, to the east of West Horton, Northumberland.
Recorded on the Beckensall Archive as ‘Gled Law 1’, it was added to ERA by the Northumberland and Durham Rock Art Project (NADRAP) in 2008. Motifs consist of 2 cups, one with a groove surrounded by penannulars, and the other with just penannulars. A number of linear grooves are also present, and whilst some appear to be plough strikes, others at right angles look intentional.
