More model informationGodedzor lies on the slopes of the vorotan valley in Syunik province of Armenia.
The site, which predominantly dates to the chalcolithic period (3-4 millennium BC) shows numerous periods of habitation / activity. A large number of painted ceramics have been discovered during numerous seasons of excavation. These finds are similar to those found in Mesopotamia and may indicate trade. Bones of cattle, obsidian lithics and two human burials were also subsequently discovered.
This model was created from 305 images captured just from the side using a SfM approach on 8th August 2011. The trench was still being excavated during photo capture, hence a few blurry shots of spades and archaeologists have crept into the texture.
