This is made for the Sketchfab November 2021 Challenge.

Almost every year, my city gets hit by flood. There is so much rain going around December-February. And because it happens almost every year, the civilian adapts. Business still open even when the water height reaches our knees. Employees still going to office, borrowing people’s carts to cross roads submerged in water.
