Lens Fresnel a Phedal Goleudy Pen Caer, gogledd Sir Benfro, a osodwyd pan adeiladwyd y goleudy ym 1908/9. Bydd y lamp a’r lens (5.3m o uchder) yn cael eu disodli gan LEDs yn 2026, ac felly maent wedi’u recordio yn eu lle cyn eu tynnu. Mae’n anodd dal prismau gwydr adlewyrchol ac atgyfnerthol y lens gan ddefnyddio ffotogrametreg, o fewn gofod cyfyngedig ystafell y llusernau. Felly fframwaith y lens a’r pedestal oedd prif ffocws y gwaith, NPRN 124115, https://coflein.gov.uk/cy/safle/124115/
The Fresnel Lens and Pedestal of the Strumble Head Lighthouse, north Pembrokeshire, installed when the lighthouse was built in 1908/9. The lamp and lens (5.3m high) will be replaced with LEDs in 2026, and so have been recorded in-situ prior to removal. The reflective, and refractive, glass prisms of the lens are difficult to capture using photogrammetry, within the confined space of the lantern room. So the lens framework and pedestal were the main focus of work, NPRN 124115, https://coflein.gov.uk/en/site/124115/
