GORF - Midway Arcade Machine

GORF was an arcade game developed by Dave Nutting Associates and published by Midway Manufacturing in 1981. Players take command of a space ship to battle through 5 different stages shooting aliens, robots, and finally a flag ship. Similar to TRON, this arcade cabinet had a unique design with top and bottom lighted marquees, a lighted backdrop above the monitor, and 6 lights behind the monitor bezel that show the player’s current rank.

I used my TRON model as a base because their outer shells are similar, but the other elements I had to place by eye. Accuracy can’t be guaranteed. The lower marquee texture is low quality, but it’s the best I could find.
