More model information

Grave monument of A.J. Lidell (1837-1894) in the Old Stockholm Cemetery, Stockholm, WI. The monument is a cast zinc metal monument otherwise refered to as “white bronze.” It was manufactured by the Monumental Bronze Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. Based on a company catalogue of 1882 it is refered to as Model No. 136. This obelisk monument sold for $40 US in 1882 which would be approximately $1,004 today. All the lettering, as well as the dove and lyre emblems would have been included in the price. Created from 247 photographs (Canon EOS Rebel T5i) using Metashape 1.5.1.
