This monument by William Ayton and built in 1636 by George Foulis for his parents, is one of the finest monuments in Greyfriars Kirkyard. The sculptural figures of Religion and Justice flank a central panel with portraits of George Foulis of Ravelston and his wife Jonet Bannatyne.
