Gwydir Highway - Lions Cage (Trees Removed)

Working closely with GHD and Roads and Maritime Services, Diodrone conducted a number of UAV flights over the Lions Cage Cutting on the Gwydir Highway. The resultant inspection and aerial survey data will be used for the investigation of various slope stabilisation options and ultimately design of a prefered solution.

Tall vegetation and tree cover have been removed from the model, leaving ground data and low vegetation. This was preferred to removing all vegetation data due to the large areas of complete canopy cover.
