Cadarnhawyd gan arolygon diweddarach mai’r H5 ydy’r llongddrylliad hwn. Llong tanfor Brydeinig oedd y H5. Wrth deithio o Berehaven, cafodd ei suddo gan yr agerlong Brydeinig RUTHERGLEN ar 2 Mawrth 1918. Mae’r llongddrylliad yn gorwedd i’r de-orllewin o Ynys Môn. Bu farw’r criw cyfan.
The most recent surveys have confirmed that this wreck is the H5. The H5 was a British submarine. Travelling from Berehaven, she was sunk by the British steamship RUTHERGLEN on 2 March 1918. The wreck lies to the south-west of Anglesey. Her entire crew perished.
