The Sketchfab Store is dead, long live the Sketchfab Store. Free models will still be available for download. Paid models will be available on Gumroad and inspectable via Sketchfab.

This afro hairstyle is crafted from wig photo samples and layered with hair cards. (I previously had this in the SF Store, but I’ve made it free now as the construction is a bit janky and it’s hard enough to find curly hairs/textures already. If anybody improves upon it, it’d be extremely welcomed.)

standard specs -

Fresh, crisp quads, mid-poly resolution. Clothing textures: 4096 diffuse, 4096 normal, 1024 specular. Accessory/hair textures: 2048 diffuse, 2048 normal, 1024 specular. It’s debatable whether or not this style qualifies as PBR. It’s high-res, but not hyperrealistic. Partly hand-painted, partly photo-ref materials. Use it in any way that works for you.

FBX format, rigged, includes the rest of the armature. My bone names are standardized, but each character has their own custom skeleton (don’t we all?)
