More model informationThis head, which once had 4 faces, comes from the large Buddhist temple of Ta Prohm at Angkor. It perhaps represents Prajnaparamita, the Buddhist goddess of wisdom, rather than a male deity or bodhisattva. This is suggested by the female features on the three surviving faces.
